Onsite Registration Rates

Online registration is now closed. Attendees may still register onsite at the GovEnergy Registration Desk.  

  • Onsite: $795 – For all registrants after July 23, 2010 
    Note: To ensure a quality experience for all those in attendance, GovEnergy 2010 will be limited to 4,000 registered attendees to reflect space and facility restraints. Onsite registration requests will be accepted based upon space availability and cannot be guaranteed. Registration includes access to all training, trade show entry, all networking events, breakfast, and lunch.  
  • Daily: $250
    Note: To ensure a quality experience for all those in attendance, GovEnergy 2010 will be limited to 4,000 registered attendees to reflect space and facility restraints. Onsite registration requests will be accepted based upon space availability and cannot be guaranteed. Registration includes access to all training, trade show entry, all networking events, breakfast, and lunch. 
  • Daily Trade Show-Only: $50
    Note: Trade Show-Only passes will be available from the GovEnergy Registration Desk. These passes provide access to the GovEnergy trade show and are not intended to augment exhibitor booth staff. Daily Trade Show-Only passes will be based upon space availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Tuesday Night Networking Event (Networking Event-Only Guest Pass): $45
    Note: This pass may be purchased on-site from the GovEnergy Registration Desk, granting access to the Tuesday night networking event at Gilley's Dallas. Attendees will experience Texas-style hospitality and entertainment. Passes will be based upon space availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Technical Tours: Vary in price. See technical tours for more details.
  • Speakers: Visit the Speakers page for registration information. Contact your Track Lead for password information.
  • Exhibitors: Exhibitor registration will be available in the Exhibitor Service Kit, between mid to end of May. Please contact Trina Johnson at 800.343.2171 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5 pm Eastern) or email govenergy@govenergy.com for more information.
  • Groups: GovEnergy does not provide group registration rates.

Registration Hours

GovEnergy's registration desk is located outside the entrance to the trade show. Attendees may obtain their badges, receive information about registration and events, acquire exhibit hall passes, sign up for technical tours, and (space permitting) sign up to attend GovEnergy 2010. Only registered attendees may attend the GovEnergy training sessions.

Registration Payment Information

  • Federal employee credit cards will NOT be charged until July, 23, 2010 UNLESS the federal employee selects "bill me now" during the online registration process.
     
  • Unpaid registration fees will be collected onsite prior to obtaining an attendee badge. Onsite payment options include credit card, cash, and check.
     
  • GovEnergy accepts the following credit cards:

  • GovEnergy accepts bank checks, cashier checks, and company checks. GovEnergy does not accept personal checks. All checks should be made payable to MC2 – GovEnergy 2010. Checks should be mailed to:

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations between June 11th and July 23rd will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. There will be no refunds after July 23, 2010. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may substitute attendees at any time by sending a written notification by August 2, 2010. After August 2, please bring all adjustment details to the onsite registration desk at GovEnergy. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing; phone changes and cancellations are NOT permitted. Workshop Guidelines

Please note that no photography is permitted during any of the GovEnergy Technical Program sessions. All speaker presentations will be posted to the GovEnergy website following the GovEnergy Workshop and Trade Show.
